I called yesterday around 4:00P.M., talked to a representative & they told me that the $3.87 was for the shipping & hadling & the $80.00 or over $85.00 was for the product that they had shipped to me. They told me on the computer that it was free Shipping & Handling & that it would not cost anything else. But, to my surprise they had went into my bank account using my visa & took around $89.00.

I am also displeased with the product because using crest toothpast made my teeth whiter than this product, it stung my mouth, took my money from my bank account which I did not have to give in the first place". If I would of know it was going to charge me $89/.00 or so & the $3?.87 for shipping & handling I would not have ordered it?. I am a very pissed off customer'. I called the Company yesterday as I started to tell you & the lady kep telling me sorry for the misunderstanding, it is all on tape for the phone call that I made.. I would appreciate it if you would help me in any way to get my money back;. Like I said I still have a full box not touched at home, because I do not want it,. They can have it 128a2f4
