I got the # to call and complain and all they could say was terms and conditions. I have been charged twice for products I have not recieved and all they could say it that it shows that the items have been shipped. I don't want the products, I of course want my money back. They said that they couldn't refund the whole amount all they could give me back was 20 dollars and 30 dollars of credit to their company. I don't want 20 dollars back of the 174 that they took and I sure don't want 30 dollars worth of their crap. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. All around this is just a scam. I recommened contacting the BBB. I have done so, as I have been ripped off as well. Definitely cancel your credit card and have a new one issued or the charges will keep rolling in! |
