Stay very very far away from this company this is a complete ripoff. In order to cancel (4 phone calls!)I finally received the email that they say you have to link to in order to actually cancel. Lo and behold you must "agree" to their terms and conditions which includes a restocking fee of 45% of their $87.00 charge. Their phone person was "nice" enough to put me on hold so she could do the cancelling for me. While I was on my long hold - they hope you will hang up because it is a dead silent hold - I received my email and read their outrageous T&C. I questioned her when she returned regarding my anticipated 'credit' - she said she had put in to process my credit of $49.50. I will be contacting my credit card company and I will dispute this entire "charge" beyond their bait fee of $3.87. Stay away, this is a scam scam scam. 1289eea
