this is a terrible company. we called on day 10 to cancel and they charged our bank acct on day 7. according to the terms and conditions we had 10 days from date ordered to cancel and no further charges. we tried to call the company and they kept telling us the charges were valid and non refundable, even though we called on day 10 according to the terms and conditions. this is a rip off. and all we got was a very small trial kit. with no instructions, nor phone # to call. on the web sight on the box there is no terms and conditions. 1289ebf
